People Living/Moving With You - Access arrangements for children staying 3 or more nights per week

In order to qualify for an extra bedroom, you must be able to confirm to us that you have access to your dependants a minimum of 3 nights a week.
If we are able to consider you for an offer of rehousing, we will ask you for written confirmation of this.
This confirmation can be one of the following:
a letter from the sheriff court or from a solicitor confirming the access arrangements through a Minute of Agreement
proof of Child Benefit or Tax Credits confirming that you are the main carer.
confirmation of both addresses from your dependant’s school.
We can also accept verification from your ex-partner who will be asked to call into our office at offer stage to verify access arrangements and provide proofs.
