The Association receives referrals from Glasgow City Council from applicants who have registered with them as homeless. If you are homeless, it is important that you contact your local Council office to register with them. If your name is put forward to us by the Council, we will be in touch. In the meantime you can submit this application to us to register on our general waiting list. Please note if you move address you must complete a new form if you wish to remain on our general list.

We do not require you to submit a letter from your GP but will assess the information you provide on this Medical Self Assessment.
