To give support to, or receive support from, someone who lives within the area
If you need to move to one of our areas to receive or provide support, we require to receive a copy of the DWP letter confirming receipt of Carers Allowance or the care element in your State Benefit payment. Please also provide full details of the type and number of daily or weekly visits and the name and address of the person receiving the care.

For social, medical, educational, childcare or employment reasons
To receive our Housing Support Service (retirement housing)
Our Retirement Housing Service provides assistance to older people to manage better at home. To qualify, you generally need to be aged 60 years or over. You can be younger if you meet the criteria for needing the service. Our Retirement Housing is fitted with an emergency alarm system, handrails, non slip flooring and many of the flats have walk in showers. More information is available from our download section.
